SAARVAM manufactures bearings and bushings, ranging from 40 mm to 510 mm diameter. Manufacturing is carried at machine shop consisting of world class machinery i.e SPM’s for critical and specific operations, CNC, VMC and other basic machinery.
Jigs, Fixtures and other is done in house facility of tool room to machine critical components of bearings & bushings.
Inhouse Centrifugal casting facility provides copper alloy lining on the steel shell of upto 510mm diameter.
Electroplating facility provides tri-metal layer of desired thickness, which increases durability and life of bearings/bushings.This is done according to the requirements of the customer.
At Saarvam, technology and equipments are upgraded from time to time, to always keep pace with modern era.
Our product engineers, based on customer samples or drawings, facilitate new product development, derive the manufacturing parameters (the process, jigs & fixtures etc.), keeping in view the application and supply of product.
